Perhaps you do remember me, I studied art with you in Michaelis Art School in Cape Town in 1971. Do you remember Rowan and Alan with the thick, black curls, Ibrahim who sang "Mary Magdalene" so beautifully, and Miss Katrine Harries? I once phoned your mother whilst in Cape Town, and she said you are living in France and that your Father had died. Are you now in America? How are you? I married Dieter, became two daughters and emigrated with him to Germany in 1967. He died last year (we were however separated for 13 years before) and now I live in Stuttgart near my daughters and grandchild. I have been doing painting all these years (with some interruptions), having "migration/leaving/changing" as a theme for ages now.
